CQC and Healthwatch have come together to launch a joint campaign to encourage patients to provide feedback on their experiences.
Whether good or bad, feedback helps services understand what’s working and what isn’t when it comes to health and social care.
In the short term, the aim of this campaign is to help services find and address safety and quality issues, in response to COVID-19.
In the long term, the aim is to increase public feedback to health and care services by normalising the act of giving feedback.
There are lots of ways you can share feedback:
Fill in our Practice questionnaires:
Give feedback on your care with the Care Quality Commission: https://www.cqc.org.uk/give-feedback-on-care
Share your experiences with Healthwatch England: https://www.healthwatch.co.uk/because-we-all-care
Share your feedback on care with your local Healthwatch: https://www.healthwatch.co.uk/your-local-healthwatch/list
Because we all care about the NHS, provide your feedback, help improve support for everyone and ensure the best quality of care for you, your loved ones and your community.
