We have now added a call-back feature to our telephone line to reduce the time patients spend waiting on the phone.
Once in the queue, you will be offered the option to request a call-back.
Your place in the queue is held and we call you back once you have reached the front of the queue.
As always, we aim to answer your call at quickly as possible.
We hope this feature will work towards reducing patient frustrations surrounding our telephone system.
The call back feature cannot be offered if you call the practice from a unknown/withheld number.
If there is no answer upon your return call, a voicemail will be left if you have this facility enabled. You will be called a second time and if there is still no answer, you will be removed from the queue.
